Our success is rooted in our intimate knowledge of these incredible regions, our deep care for their preservation, our commitment, as a B Corp, to doing what’s right for people and the planet and, above all, our connectedness as a global team.
About the role

Manage purchasing, contracting and negotiations, securing competitive commercial terms and appropriate allocation
Maintain strong, long-term partner relationships while driving continuous improvement in quality, service and value
Working with our partners on guide selection, onboarding and training, setting clear performance expectations, and monitoring customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Allocation, capacity & yield management
Contract and manage product allocations across tours, departures and seasons, ensuring capacity is optimised and commercially aligned
Actively manage yield and availability, adjusting pricing, allocations and release strategies in line with demand and booking trends
Work closely with Sales and Finance to forecast demand, manage risk and maximise revenue performance
Commercial performance & analysis
Monitor product performance against budget, margin and occupancy targets
Analyse booking trends, customer feedback and market dynamics to inform decision-making and future product development
Lead post-season reviews and implement improvements based on performance insights
Oversee product loading and API connectivity to ensure accurate availability, pricing and inventory across our systems, particularly during peak booking periods
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing team to support product positioning, in-destination branding, launches, messaging and content accuracy
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure product knowledge, clarity and smooth delivery for customers. Ensure a deep understanding of the touring product, customer and positives to the business and experience
Partner with Sustainability to embed Swoop’s sustainability priorities into product design, partner selection and delivery
Continuous improvement & innovation
Identify opportunities for new itineraries, experiences and partnerships across Patagonia and to drive twin-centres in Antarctica
Stay close to market trends, competitor activity and customer expectations to keep Swoop’s product offering industry-leading.
