Why work for Swoop?
At Swoop, we’re a global community of over 100 adventure travel enthusiasts - ex-guides, avid travellers, and those with an adventurous spirit - spanning five continents. Since 2010, we’ve helped more than 15,000 people experience the trip of a lifetime in Antarctica, Patagonia or the Arctic. Our success is rooted in our intimate knowledge of these incredible regions, our deep care for their preservation, our commitment, as a B Corp, to doing what’s right for people and the planet and, above all, our connectedness as a global team.
That commitment lives in our values, which guide everything we do:
Do the right thing – we take the long view for people, planet, and our business.
Passion for our places – we love the ends of the Earth.
Enjoy the journey together – we value connection, support each other, and have fun along the way.
Really know our stuff – we’re experienced and knowledgeable, and always eager to learn more.
Make the most of our time – we work smart, stay focused, and use our energy wisely.
Lead the way – we’re ambitious, bold, and bring others along with us.
Our culture is shaped by curiosity, care, and connection. We work smart, collaborate closely, and take pride in doing meaningful work that makes a difference. We strive for excellence, support each other to grow, and create space to enjoy the journey along the way. Though we’re a remote-first company, we’re far from distant. Staying connected is something we actively prioritise-through day-to-day collaboration, regular check-ins, and spontaneous chats that keep our global team close, no matter the time zone. Each week, we come together virtually for a company-wide update - a friendly, energising session where teams share what they’ve been up to, celebrate wins, and stay aligned on what’s ahead.
Our Togetherness Team also plays a key role supporting us with ideas, events and activities-both virtually and in-person-that help nurture connections across the globe. And once a year, we bring the entire Swoop community (affectionately known as Swoopers) together in Bristol for our Swoop Summer Adventure, a few unforgettable days of reconnection, reflection, and of course, adventure.
We’re always up for hearing from people with experience in sales, service, marketing, product, finance, tech & operations—especially those inspired by Patagonia, the Arctic, or Antarctica.
If you’re driven by purpose and excited by the idea of doing meaningful work with a passionate, ambitious team, join our Talent Community and let’s see where your experience can take you.

Lauren - Communications & Insights Manager
I like the feel of working at Swoop - laughter in the office, the fact that there is Champagne under the sink. Swoop is more than just a place to work for me.
Cassia - Polar Specialist
It’s a pretty fantastic place to work. There’s such an incredible team of talented people - it blows my mind. It’s more than just a job it’s a culture. People are dedicated and passionate.
Amy - Head of Operations
I love working at Swoop. Its fast paced, ambitious and everyone here is driven to succeed. We work really hard but make time for really cool adventures, beers and bubbles too.
Don’t just take our word for it. This is what our customers have to say…
“Swoop was amazing from day 1. The planning with Peter was great. Once the trip was planned, the logistics were flawless. The only time I had to reach out, Hilary came to the rescue in minutes. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing and I recommended Swoop to numerous people while we were on this trip. I will continue to do so and we will not look anywhere else if we plan another trip to this region ”
“Outstanding! From start to finish Swoop never missed a beat! I would book with Swoop in a heartbeat and have already been recommending Swoop to others.”
“We were so impressed with SWOOP putting our trip together that we wondered what other geographical areas you specialize in, just so we could use you again!
