Though we’re a remote-first company, we’re far from distant.  Staying connected is something we  actively prioritise-through day-to-day collaboration, regular check-ins, and spontaneous chats that keep our global team close, no matter the time zone.  Each week, we come together virtually for a company-wide update - a friendly, energising session where teams share what they’ve been up to, celebrate wins, and stay aligned on what’s ahead.

Our Togetherness Team also plays a key role supporting us with ideas, events and activities-both virtually and in-person-that help nurture connections across the globe.  And once a year, we bring the entire Swoop community (affectionately known as Swoopers)  together in Bristol for our Swoop Summer Adventure, a few unforgettable days of reconnection, reflection, and of course, adventure.
