Location: Hybrid (Bristol, UK - 2+ days/month in office)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hrs/week
About Swoop
We are a global community of over 100 adventure travel enthusiasts - ex-guides, avid travellers, and those with an adventurous spirit - spanning five continents. Since 2010, we’ve helped more than 15,000 people experience the trip of a lifetime in Antarctica, Patagonia and the Arctic. Our success is rooted in our intimate knowledge of these incredible regions, our deep care for their preservation, our commitment, as a B Corp, to doing what’s right for people and the planet and, above all, our connectedness as a global team.
About the role
We're looking for a results-oriented, insight-hungry PPC & Analytics Specialist to supercharge our paid media performance and lead strategic data initiatives across the marketing team.
You’ll manage a £1M+ paid media budget across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Bing, build impactful campaigns, and own Google Analytics. Your insights will shape decision-making across the entire funnel—from ad spend to content effectiveness.
You’ll be at the heart of a team that prizes autonomy, collaboration, and experimentation. If performance marketing is your playground and data is your language, we’d love to meet you.
Key responsibilities
Plan, build, and launch new PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and other emerging platforms.
Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align ad messaging with landing pages and campaign goals.
Regularly creating new campaigns for new marketing opportunities as they arise.
Responsible for delivering PPC spend to budget. You will monitor daily budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure efficient campaign delivery and a reduction in cost per acquisition.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like Google Analytics.
Helping the wider marketing team to develop better understanding of their metrics and proactively providing insights to the wider team on website and content performance.
Work with the Head of Marketing to run 1, 6, and 12 month projections for enquiry growth in the business
Work with the wider marketing team to action opportunities you have identified through analytics
Understand and embody Swoop’s four sustainability priorities and embed in your day-to-day responsibilities, decision making, and collaboration
About you
You’re a strategic thinker and tactical executor, with a head for data and a heart for growth. You balance creative curiosity with analytical discipline, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
You’ll likely thrive in this role if:
You have significant hands-on PPC experience (typically 5+years) with platforms like Google Ads, Meta and others, and know them inside-out
You’re fluent in Google Analytics (GA4) and know how to turn data into decisions
You’re a natural communicator who enjoys simplifying complex data into powerful insights
You take initiative and spot gaps others miss — then work proactively to close them.
You’re experienced in managing six-figure budgets with a proven track record of improving efficiency
You enjoy helping others upskill in data fluency and understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration
You’ve worked in performance marketing for ecommerce, travel, or lead generation brands (bonus points for international scope)
You value purpose-driven work and care deeply about sustainability, equity, and impact
