      Product Content Executive (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hybrid (Bristol, UK - minimum 2+ days/month in office)

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week). Part-time options available

About Swoop

We are a global community of over 100 adventure travel enthusiasts - ex-guides, avid travellers, and those with an adventurous spirit - spanning five continents.  Since 2010, we’ve helped more than 15,000 people experience the trip of a lifetime in Antarctica, Patagonia and the Arctic.  Our success is rooted in our intimate knowledge of these incredible regions, our deep care for their preservation, our commitment, as a B Corp, to doing what’s right for people and the planet and, above all, our connectedness as a global team.

About the role

Looking for a highly organised, logical and detail-orientated content specialist to create, update and maintain product pages on our website and CRM.

At the start, much of the role will focus on ensuring our trip information is accurate and up to date — managing details like dates, prices, and content updates across our systems. Over time, there will be more opportunities to bring your creativity into play: shaping engaging product content, enhancing imagery, and contributing to marketing campaigns that bring the spirit of adventure to life.

This makes the role ideal for someone who enjoys both the structure of admin-focused tasks and the chance to flex their creative muscles as the position develops.

Key responsibilities

  • Showcase compelling travel experiences – Craft engaging cruise and trip package pages by gathering key details, curating imagery, and publishing content through our CMS

  • Bring journeys to life for customers – Support our sales and customer experience teams by producing polished itineraries and ready-to-use email templates that inspire confidence and excitement

  • Keep our offers accurate and up to date – Manage and update trip dates, prices, and discounts across our website and CRM so customers always have the latest information at their fingertips

  • Shape and enhance content – Refresh outdated information, troubleshoot CMS issues, and work with imagery and layout to improve how trips are presented online

  • Champion content quality –Spot and fix errors across our Antarctica site and CRM, while suggesting improvements that elevate the customer experience

  • Inspire through storytelling – Collaborate with the marketing team to write and refine content that captures the spirit of adventure and motivates customers to take the next step

  • Understand and embody Swoop’s four sustainability priorities and embed in your day-to-day responsibilities, decision making, and collaboration

About you

  • Experienced in digital content – You have a track record of managing website content, editing copy, and working with CMS/CRM platforms — typically gained through around 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (or equivalent skills developed elsewhere)

  • A detail-obsessed multitasker – You take pride in precision and bring a methodical approach to keeping website content polished and accurate

  • A confident communicator – Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills come naturally to you, and you know how to make content clear, concise, and engaging

  • Digitally fluent – You’re comfortable working with CMS and CRM platforms and can navigate the nuts and bolts of content management with ease

  • Web-savvy – You understand website best practices, from structuring content to boosting visibility with SEO

  • Creatively minded – You have a flair for storytelling, can bring travel experiences to life with words and imagery, and enjoy finding fresh ways to inspire customers

  • An eye for design – You have a sharp eye for compelling travel imagery and can handle light photo editing to make content shine

  • Organised and efficient – You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and deadlines while keeping everything running smoothly

  • Solutions-focused – You enjoy problem-solving and are always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to improve processes

  • Balanced in approach – You’re happy to roll up your sleeves with admin-heavy tasks while also welcoming opportunities to add creative value as the role develops
